Product Manager - Finance (Cyprus)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Build and launch finance-related products and services by leading all aspects of product management and development cycle
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to bring new features and ensure awareness of product status and roadmap risks
  • Create product designs by collecting requirements from the Finance department
  • Engage with vendors such as the ERP systems or banks
  • Take part in defining strategy and roadmap of the Finance products in Pay.com


Requirements


Mandatory


    • 3+ years of experience in a product role in payments or financial services
    • Deep knowledge in business finances, operations and ERP integrations
    • Understanding in accounting concepts
    • Ability to efficiently collaborate across the company with finance, engineering, design, operations and sales
    • A whatever-it-takes approach, be it writing a testing plan or creating a sequence diagram, to ensure that your product is high quality and gets shipped on time
    • Outstanding product sense and ability to understand the problem or the opportunity and translate to the product
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Economics, or accounting degree

     

    Advantage


    • Certification as a CFA / CPA / ACCA / ACA or any equivalent;
    • Experience in designing reconciliation mechanisms or financial monitoring tools and procedures;
    • Experience in analysis or creation of P&L reports, balance sheets or other financial statements
